Frequently asked questions
How many cards are in the SAO Alicization Vol. 1 Box?
You get 16 packs with 9 cards each, which is 144 cards in total.
When was Sword Art Online Alicization Vol. 1 released?
Sword Art Online Alicization Vol. 1 was released on 19 April 2019, and this Japanese booster box is brand new and factory sealed.
Can I play Japanese Weiss Schwarz cards if I don’t read Japanese?
Yes, with a little help. English card translations are easy to find online, and many Japanese sets release well before their English versions. Collectors also love Japanese boxes for their signed and parallel cards.
Should I open it or keep it sealed?
That depends on your goals. Players and pack openers usually open boxes for the chase cards, while many collectors keep at least one box sealed, because sealed product from popular sets becomes harder to find over time.
